The initial consult is a chance for us to brainstorm - I will have a look at the scope of your project, listen to your ideas and get a sense of your vision as well as give you plenty of feedback. If we both decide afterwards that we are a good fit, we can move forward from there.

scope of work

I provide full interior design and documentation for your project which includes;

• review of initial plans and development of design concepts with 3D renderings

• documentation of all millwork ( cabinets ) for use by trades

• preparation of fixtures, finishes and fittings schedule ( paint colours, flooring, plumbing fixtures, counters, etc, etc ) as well as detailed schedules for exterior colours and materials

• lighting and electrical plans

• oversight of design intent throughout the build

• furniture and styling including access to my trade discounts

my process

Communicating ideas is key during the design process. From 2d space planning to colour boards and 3D renders, even messy hand drawings on scrap paper,… I use lots of different methods to collaborate with my clients including the sharing of photos from houzz, pinterest, etc.
